Dear ones, I am sure most of this info can apply to males  also, but my market and my knowledge is on the feminine side for over forty years.

I am the “Beauty and Wellness Guru” not only because the Today Show named me that, but this has been my main area of study. Here are some tips for you.

If you are 40 or over, go to a natural doctor or a compounding pharmacy that does natural solutions, get your saliva tester kit…do it,, and have your own hormonal  creams or pills made just for you. Is it expensive…no! It costs so much less than the medical option which has major side effects.  Number two, get food allergy tests..this is so important as it seems to be an epidemic. W hen I did this, and quite eating dairy and wheat, I lost weight so fast. You can write to  enterolabs.com and each test is $98. I did only two tests as most people now are allergic to wheat, dairy or gluten.  Number three..go to a plant based diet..meat does not digest easily and can make you fat–eat more grains, beans, fruits, nuts, seeds, avacados, greens and beets. Lay off flour products like breads, pastas, etc, unless you buy the alternative ones made from rice.  Number four–change the dialog you have with yourself..start looking in the mirror and saying-“I am getting thinner”-instead of the opposite. Remember, all thoughts create, and when you see yourself as “fat”, guess what? You will stay fat. Tip five is–Exercise, well yes, even if some walking a few days a week. Who would have ever thought there would come a time when “healthy” is not the norm, dis-ease is on the rise, and people pop synthetic pills for EVERY ailment..

It is shocking how far we have gone backwards in the area of health and wellness in the US..Our children are getting major diseases at a young age, many are overweight and

 have a” Frankenstein” diet…they are not doing as well in school– and all of this boils down to what  they put in their mouth everyday.

 How much fresh organic food with vitality are they consuming—- as going back to nature is where our true nourishment lies…Junk food is dead food, white sugar and flour products are making them fat and sick. It is said that even autism can be healed with a healthy diet…actually–a healthy diet is the key to their success in this lifetime. Wake up or help others you know to wake up. We all know what is good or bad for us.. taking small steps every day by letting go little by little of all the crap….and putting in the body, fresh healthy nourishing foods that heal not only the body, but the mind and soul. I have good info on my web site. Hey there girls…tips on losing weight-or your butt– and keeping it off–the healthy way.

Weight weight weight..losing weight..keeping it off..up and down, down and up, do this diet, do that diet. Well, as we know living that way is a constant roller coaster. It consumes so much thought and energy.

I have been a pioneer in the beauty and wellness business for over 40 years..have done it all and seen it all. I owned many award winning day spas and have worked on thousands of women, from stars to socialites, to professional women, to artists, and stay at home moms, etc. All of us in general deal with the same issues, just in a different way. Am I fat, is my butt too big, does this dress make me look fat….fat-fat-fat! Even if we are thin, we still ask those questions..It is not about being fat or thin, it is about balancing our body mind spirit and our proper weight will come.

 At age 66, I feel younger than I did at 40. I have been back to my high school weight for years now which is 110 and it feels great. I never think about weight anymore.  I can finally say, that is handled.  I did go through the pre-menopause 15 pound weight gain at age 45, went up and down for a few years,  held onto my broad butt, until I learned what to do through many fabulous natural doctors, cleanses, diets, and books.

Here  are some great tips. Around age 40-45 our body starts another cycle. Our hormones take over. Generally what happens to most women is little by little they start putting on weight, that mid life spread thing. Instead of going that route..go to a natural doctor, get on natural bio-identicall hormones(it works for now), have your thyroid tested–get on some support supplements, be checked for food or enviromental allergies, start eating less and only eat healthy–period! Let go of all the crap that is out there and go back to nature in your food choices. Get off of all chemicals in your skin care, makeup, soaps, hari care, hair color and try to do all organic. I KNOW all of this sounds impossible, but it is not. IT IS THE WAY I LIVE and have since I was in my 20’s.
